Me Time in Iceland

Come join us for a weekend of relaxation and cleansing for the mind, body and soul. Be hosted in a natural setting, complete with home-made, wholesome food and an outdoor spa. Retreats have a capacity of 1-10 people per event. Check out our instagram account for photos @metimeiceland.

We’re offering events filled with hatha and yin yoga, vinyasa flows, meditation walks and mindfulness exercises. All classes taught accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced, by certified yoga teachers. Catering is usually vegan, with a focus on nurturing our bodies together thru a healthy diet. The use of smartphones, computers and wifi is restricted to allow us to fully disconnect. We are also happy to babysit your gadgets if you´d prefer to turn them off completely.

Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life.

B.K.S Iyengar

Me Time was founded by three friends and certified yoga teachers, Þorgerður, Guðny and Katrín. They met over 10 years ago working together in the Icelandic countryside, and after a yoga course in Nepal and a trip to Bhutan together in 2019, they decided it was time to host yoga events in Iceland. They of course started at the original countryside house, Mula Lodge, and held regular events over the covid years, from March 2020 until winter 2023.
