We are three friends who all share a passion for yoga and the countryside, and together we created a new vision for Múlahús Lodge that we manage together as a team. We are all certified yoga teachers with more than a 10 year history at Múlahús, so we wanted to reinvent this Þverá river fishing lodge into a yoga-centric winter retreat. Incorporating music, mindfulness and meditation means we often have different guest teachers, musicians or therapists joining each weekend. Sometimes we have a masseuse on location, and we always enjoy a cacao ceremony with a qualified facilitator. Their information will be shared through our facebook page or Instagram feed.

Guðný
Lodge Hostess
Guðný was born and raised on a farm in the Borgarfjörður countryside, beside Þverá river, right next door to Mula Lodge. Her family has horses and cows grazing in the surrounding fields, and Guðný has often worked her summers at Þverá fishing lodge as a hostess. She manages the lodge for Me Time Iceland during the winter season. Guðný is a certified yoga teacher, completing her 200hr YTTC in Nepal in 2018 and 300hr in Colombia in 2021. She likes to practice all styles of yoga, and often teaches vinyasa flow and yoga nidra during the Me Time retreats.
